ki333 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "ki333" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming website operated at ki333.cam and all related sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and software applications.
• "We," "Us," or "the Company" refers to the legal entity that owns and operates ki333, duly registered and operating under applicable Philippine law.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers or uses a ki333 account, whether actively placing bets or accessing the Platform for any other purpose.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by the Player on ki333, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims are transacted.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ki333 account at any given time, comprising real money deposits and any credited bonus funds where separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to the Player's account under ki333's promotions program, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by the Player on any game, sport, event, or outcome offered through ki333.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the process by which ki333 verifies the identity, age, and eligibility of Players using valid Philippine government-issued identification.

To register and use a ki333 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. ki333 accounts may only be held in the name of a natural individual.

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any Philippine gaming self-exclusion registry or ki333's own internal exclusion list.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of ki333, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of its game providers, in a capacity where participation would present a conflict of interest.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and during any subsequent KYC verification process.

Each individual may hold only one (1) ki333 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Upon registration, ki333 requires the following information: a valid email address or Philippine mobile number; a strong password meeting ki333's minimum complexity requirements; and accurate date of birth, full legal name, and residential address consistent with your government-issued ID.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ki333 requires full KYC verification. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and Philippine passport. Documents must be valid and unexpired at the time of submission. ki333 reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — at any time at its reasonable discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ki333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify ki333 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

ki333 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, consistent with its obligations under applicable Philippine law and anti-money-laundering regulations.

ki333 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven cash-in. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ki333 balance within 2 to 10 minutes of confirmation by the payment processor, subject to network availability.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been used to fund the account, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ki333 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day in ordinary circumstances. Withdrawal timelines may be extended in cases requiring additional AML review or KYC verification.

• GCash and PayMaya: Withdrawals typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to ki333's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. ki333 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending AML review. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with the Philippine AMLA.

ki333 offers a range of promotional benefits including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published on the ki333 Promotions page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ki333 promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry Period: Bonus funds not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited. Free spins not used within the stated period will expire without compensation.
• Withdrawal Sequencing: Real money balance is generally used first before bonus funds, unless ki333's system otherwise provides at the time of a specific promotion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will result in account closure.

All games offered on ki333 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live streaming from PAGCOR-licensed studio providers. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and independently audited. ki333 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the ki333 system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the Player, except where ki333's published cancellation policy for specific game types permits cancellation.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or event — including but not limited to server errors, software bugs, disconnections, or display errors — ki333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. ki333 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions.

Errors in published odds, game configurations, or promotional displays (including "obvious errors" such as clearly incorrect jackpot amounts or decimal odds errors) do not bind ki333 and ki333 reserves the right to correct such errors and settle bets at the correct terms.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when placing bets. ki333 is not responsible for bets lost or missed due to the Player's network conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ki333 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using a ki333 account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an advantage over other players or to exploit the ki333 platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your ki333 account.
• Laundering funds through the ki333 platform, or using ki333 for any activity that would violate the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or glitches for financial gain, even if not immediately discovered by ki333.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with ki333's software, systems, or game engines.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ki333 staff or other players.

ki333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by ki333.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargeback abuse, identity theft, or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or any activity in violation of the AMLA.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ki333 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be fraudulently deposited or derived from prohibited conduct, they may be forfeited permanently.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ki333 support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

ki333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. All ki333 accounts are equipped with the following self-management tools, accessible directly from Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any gaming session, after which the Player is automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders of time and money spent during active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Takes effect immediately upon request.

All content on the ki333 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, video streams, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the proprietary intellectual property of ki333 or its licensed game providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ki333 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any ki333 content without prior written consent from ki333.

The ki333 name, logo, and associated trade marks may not be used in any third-party marketing, social media content, affiliate materials, or other publications without explicit written authorization from ki333.

The ki333 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While ki333 makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure continuous availability of its services, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, regulatory actions, or acts of government) may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ki333's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to the use of the ki333 platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

ki333 is not liable for: losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to the Player's own failure to maintain security; losses resulting from the Player's own technical issues (including internet connectivity problems); or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

ki333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at ki333.cam/privacy-policy. By creating a ki333 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ki333 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and relevant National Privacy Commission (NPC) guidelines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, law enforcement authorities, and licensed payment processors to the extent required by law or necessary for the operation of ki333's regulated gaming services.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to ki333's legal retention obligations. Data retention and deletion requests may be submitted through ki333's live chat support channel.

ki333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to active account holders via registered email address at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. In cases of regulatory requirements, legal compliance, or urgent security issues, changes may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the ki333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to revised terms, your only remedy is to cease using the ki333 platform and request account closure. The current version of the Terms & Conditions, as published on ki333.cam/terms-conditions with the "Last Updated" date shown above, supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the ki333 platform, or any transaction conducted through a ki333 account shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the first instance, Players are encouraged to contact ki333 customer support via live chat to resolve disputes informally. ki333 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ki333's internal process, Players may refer the matter to PAGCOR through its established player dispute resolution channels.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
